  1. Our support is focused exclusively on the Super Search Plugin and Super Search Services.
  2. Please ensure you have a functional WordPress installation, as we do not offer support for general WordPress-related issues.
  3. For efficient assistance, consider creating a “temporary admin login” and share the login link in your support request.
  4. When submitting a request, provide detailed steps on how we can replicate the issue.
  5. If you encounter problems with the layout or if the search function is not working, troubleshoot by switching to the default WordPress theme first. If the issue persists, kindly contact your theme provider for assistance.
