A startup client in the automotive and marine sectors that required a comprehensive data processing and digital dashboard solution for their dealers. This platform needed to serve a diverse range of products—from boats and cars to ATVs—while providing a flexible, scalable, and future-proof system.

Approach

Our team managed the entire development lifecycle. We began with project management and initial wireframing in Balsamiq, ensuring clear user flows and functionality. We then moved to design and prototyping in Figma, focusing on a sleek, user-friendly interface. Development of the solution using Laravel, complemented by Python-based for AI integrations for data validation and processing tasks.Architecturally, we adopted a distributed microservices approach to ensure the dashboard remained lightweight, resilient, and easily scalable. Rigorous QA testing was conducted throughout, and continuous improvement cycles allowed for ongoing refinements.

The result was a scalable, extendable platform with customer and admin specific dashboards that our client are able to offer to their own customers.
